话说前两天折腾我的微博客时，遇到godaddy主机里一些文件无法删除的情况——godaddy无法删除文件 。后来在尝试了众多方法之后依然没有搞定，无奈只好给godaddy客服人员发email。回复倒也及时，一般是两封信，第一封信一般是即时的，即当你发 信求助时，立马就会有一封信发到你的注册邮箱内容一般如下：

We’ve received your question. You can expect a response within 24 hours.
Your Incident ID is: 9*******
Or, talk with our highly trained, courteous support staff – they’re waiting to take your call. Whatever time it takes to assist you, that’s the time you’ll receive: 24/7 Sales & Support: (480) 505-8877 – 24/7 Billing Support: (480) 505-8855.

简而言之就是说已经收到问题请求，一般24小时内给与答复。然后想要更好地获得服务，可以拨打上述电话。打电话显然对我是不实际的，等邮件回复吧。

第二封信一般在1-3小时内给与回复。第一次收到回信是在发信的一小时后（因为是晚上发的，考虑到时差，估计那帮哥儿们都还在线），主要解决方案如下：

To Modify Windows Permissions Using The File Manager
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
4. In the Content section, click File Manager.
5. Select the directory or directories for which you’d like to set permissions.
6. Click the Permissions icon.
7. Select the permissions for the selected files.

说白了就是教我在管理后台设置文件修改权限，显然这个是扯淡，要是这样能解决问题，我也不用这么麻烦了。所以后来又再次发信求助，让他们直接删除我需要删除的文件。结果收到的回复如下：

Dear Song,

Thank you for contacting online support.

If you are having a problem deleting a file off of your hosting account and need us to delete the file for you, please provide us the full path to the file as well as providing us with permission to access your hosting account and remove the files.

Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.

就是说如果要他们删除的话需要提供具体的文件路径以及赋予权限，这个自然不在话下，经过一番折腾后，那些文件的权限自然是可读可写了。随后通过ftp看了看主机里的文件，果然，需要删除的文件已经被删除了，困扰我的问题终于解决了。

所以如果有出现上述问题的童鞋，可以参考我的解决方案，其实也就是联系客服，关键是如何提问。我第一次提得不是很清楚，导致问题没有及时解决；第二次提的就很直接了：

I can’t delete files “/xxxx-0.9.3.tar.gz” and “/xxxx.tar.gz”use FTP software client or use file manager in my hosting control panel . Please help me delete them .

言简意赅，目的明确。看来老外喜欢直来直去，不喜欢拐弯抹角，有事说事，这点值得我们学习哦。
